For over a decade, Erilyan has built its reputation delivering some of Australia’s most complex construction projects. As the business grew in capability, scale and ambition, the brand needed to reflect not only where it had come from, but where it was heading. Working closely with the leadership team, ET refreshed Erilyan’s brand strategy, positioning, and identity around a simple but powerful idea: When it Matters.
At the heart of the project was the development of The Erilyan Way; a clear articulation of the company’s values, operating model, and approach to client engagement. It formalised the behaviours and principles that have earned Erilyan a 93% repeat client rate and established the foundations for continued growth.
The visual identity evolved alongside the strategy, bringing greater presence, structure and clarity to the brand. A distinctive colour palette, flexible visual system and direct, purposeful language now reflect the quality of the work behind it: confident, capable and ready for the next chapter.
