Women of Westpac (WOW) exists to empower women across the Westpac Group to make confident career choices, through education, shared information, and networking opportunities. From mentoring to career development and financial empowerment, WOW helps women to reach their full potential. To reflect both the optimism, size and power of the WOW group, a new super-graphic was developed to stand out and represent themes of support, alliance and elevation. A selective colour palette from the Group range focussed the communications to be harmonious and instantly recognisable.
